Work with Me.

Sometimes you just want to know whether you're eating well and what, if anything, needs changing.

Sometimes it's more complicated than that.

I offer two ways to work with me, depending on what you need.

Am I Well Fuel'd?

For when you want to know: Am I actually eating what I need?

Am I Well Fuel'd? is a personalised nutrition review for people who don't necessarily need ongoing nutrition appointments — they just want a qualified person to look properly at what they're eating.

You'll complete a questionnaire covering what you typically eat, your lifestyle, activity, goals and any relevant health information.

I use my Well Fuel'd Evidence Engine to analyse your nutrition against Australian food-composition data, nutrition recommendations and current high-level evidence. I then personally review the findings and work out what actually matters for you.

You'll receive a practical report showing:

  • what you're already doing well

  • where there may be meaningful nutritional gaps

  • what I'd prioritise changing

  • what those changes look like in actual food

  • and what you probably don't need to worry about.

No meal plan to follow. No six-week challenge. No subscription. No sponsored supplements. Just a clearer picture of whether you're well fuelled and what, if anything, is worth doing differently.

The cost;

  • Am I Well Fuel'd? — $99

  • Am I Well Fuel'd? Teen Athlete — $129

The Teen Athlete assessment includes additional consideration of growth, training load and pre-, during- and post-training fuelling, with pathways for soccer, AFL, running, swimming, rowing and netball.

Individual Nutrition Consultations.

For when knowing what to eat isn't really the whole problem.

Sometimes a report isn't enough.

You may already know quite a lot about nutrition but struggle to put it into practice. Your eating might feel inconsistent or all-or-nothing. Your appetite may have changed. You may be navigating midlife or menopause, gastrointestinal symptoms, changing health needs or simply be completely confused by conflicting nutrition advice.

That's where an individual consultation makes more sense.

Togerther we'll work out what is actually getting in the way and what would make eating easier and more sustainable in your real life.

That might involve nutrition education, looking at meal composition or adequacy, developing practical routines, working around time and family constraints, reviewing supplements, or helping you develop the skills to make nutrition decisions without constantly wondering whether you're doing it "right".

You won't leave with seventeen things to change.

We'll prioritise what is most likely to make a meaningful difference and start there.

You can book to the left in the appointment section.

Which one do I need?

If your question is:

"Am I eating well and is anything important missing?"

Start with Am I Well Fuel'd?

If your question is:

"I know roughly what I should be doing, but I'm finding it difficult to actually do it"

or your nutrition needs are more complex, book an individual consultation.

And if Am I Well Fuel'd? identifies something that would be better explored together, I'll tell you. There's no expectation that you book another appointment. The goal isn't to keep you coming back. It's to help you know what to do without me.
